GRIFFITH SPRING FEST’S ‘OPEN GARDENS’ RETURN FOR ITS 31ST YEAR!

The Griffith Tourism Team is thrilled to announce the return of the much-anticipated Open Gardens component of Griffith Spring Fest, now celebrating its 31st year.
This much-loved tradition invites garden enthusiasts and nature lovers to explore the hidden beauty of six stunning privately owned gardens in Griffith.
The event will take place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 October 2023, from 10am to 4pm both days.
The Open Gardens are a delightful opportunity to experience the rich horticultural tapestry of Griffith's private gardens. Each garden showcases unique landscapes, vibrant flora and design inspirations that will leave visitors in awe.
Each garden costs $8 per person to enter. These can be pre-purchased at the Griffith Tourism Hub with Eftpos, or with cash at the gate of each garden. Under 16-year-olds are free to enter.
Another way visitors can immerse themselves in the beauty of Griffith's private gardens, is by booking a Roy Spagnolo & Associates Garden Bus Tour. These tours are available on Friday 13, Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 October 2023. This exclusive tour will take you to three privately-owned gardens, allowing you to enjoy the serene landscapes and even indulge in a delightful light lunch. The Garden Bus Tours cost $60 per adult or $30 per child, with bookings essential.
“We are excited to announce that this year we two new garden owners; Ron and Lyn Anson, and Leanne and Grant McMillan,” said Events Coordinator Izabella Apolloni.
“Also opening up their beautiful gardens again are Trish and Louis Sartor, Marj and Mick Careri, Tori Horder and Lawrence Salvestrin, and Emeri De Bortoli.”
