Sale of Land for Overdue Rates

Notice is hereby given to the owner/s of the properties listed hereunder that Griffith City Council has resolved on 14th April 2026, in accordance with Section 713 of the Local Government Act 1993, to sell the land described hereunder and on which the amount of rates stated in each case as of 23rd March 2026 is due:

  • LOT 2 DP 1230269, LOT 76 DP 751728 FNO 258 258 Savage Road YOOGALI NSW 2680

In default of payment to the Council of the amount stated above, and any other rates (including extra charges) becoming due and payable after 23 March 2026, before the time fixed for the sale, the said land will be offered for sale by public auction be held on 13 August 2026 at Griffith Regional Theatre (Burley Griffin Room) 1 Neville Place Griffith NSW 2680 by Nutrien Harcourts Real Estate – 9 Lenehan Rd Griffith NSW 2680 t/n 02-6962-1811

Occupancy of any dwelling unknown. Vacant possession is the responsibility of the purchaser.
