Council is committed to improving opportunities for young people by developing their talent and skills through projects that encourage involvement in the local community through a range of actions and initiatives.
A Youth Advisory Group (YAG) has been established to give young people in Griffith and villages a voice to address issues they feel are important and an opportunity to participate in developing activities to meet their needs. The YAG meets regularly. It’s a great way to make new friends and ensure new things happen around Griffith. If you are between 12-24 years of age and want to learn more about what the Griffith Youth Advisory Group and how you can get involved, contact Council's Youth Officer. To see what the Group is up to like the ConnectYOUth2680 Facebook or follow on Instagram For more information please contact Youth Officer Charli Scott on 1300 176 077 or email Charli.Scott@griffith.nsw.gov.au
