Reduced registration fees are eligible for de-sexed animals and for pension card holders.*

Surrender fees - DOG or CAT: Whilst there is no fee to surrender your animal, surrenders are by appointment only with the Animal Rehoming Officer. Contact 1300 176 077 to book an appointment. For more information on surrendering your animal see our pet owner responsibilities page.
Cat trap hire: Under the provisions of the Companion Animals Act 1998, cats within NSW are considered to have no boundaries and are free to roam.
*An eligible pensioner is a person in receipt of the aged pension, war widow pension or disability pension. If you are unsure whether you are an eligible pensioner, please contact your local council.
