Annual rates notices are issued to all property owners at the end of July each year. Your annual rates notice is made up of your general rates plus service charges. The general rate is calculated in two parts:

You can pay your annual rates in full or by four instalments. The full amount needs to be paid by August 31 and instalments are to be paid by the following dates:
