Griffith Regional Theatre is located at the top of the main street of Griffith in Neville Place adjacent to the Council Chambers. The building was officially opened on 14 March 1987 and provides world-class performing arts and entertainment to the people of Griffith and surrounding regions.
Our theatre is a state-of-the-art facility, with a seating capacity of 523 and outstanding staging, lighting and sound facilities. A Season program is offered each year to satisfy every artistic taste: drama, dance, music, comedy, cabaret, plus a young people's program.
The Theatre is also available for hire and is used by touring and local performers, schools, dance schools, amateur theatre groups and musicians, as well as conference organisers and private businesses.
