Argyle Housing

Argyle Housing is a not-for-profit community based provider of social and affordable housing. We do not have crisis accommodation.

Argyle Housing’s core focus is captured in its vision which states:

“By providing housing as the foundation, assisting our customers and their communities to achieve a better future”.

Argyle Housing currently serves over 4,700 residents through management of over 2,300 tenancies and provision for maintenance of over 2,200 properties.  In addition to the provision of housing we:

Provide services to the homeless;

Link our clients to services provided by third party organisations to create sustainable tenancies;

Create partnerships aimed at reducing disadvantage and achieving social inclusion for our clients; and

Foster individual and community capability and capacity building through community development projects and tenant participation initiatives.

Argyle Housing has over 25 years’ experience managing tenancies and properties across metropolitan and regional NSW and in the ACT. It has a commitment to delivering services which are localised and easily accessible to our clients.

Eligibility Criteria

For households in housing stress who are not eligible for public or community housing or who are not likely to be allocated public or community housing in the short to medium term.
