About MyCity - Griffith Community Directory
MyCity is a convenient and secure service for community groups and businesses that service the Griffith City Local Government Area to interact with Griffith City Council. You need to register and create a login with MyCity to manage your Community Directory listing.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions the administrator is deemed to be Griffith City Council and those staff involved in creating or maintaining the platform.
1. Log in or create an account
Navigate to the Griffith MyCity website here. If you are new to MyCity, create an account by clicking 'get started' at the bottom of the page. If you already have an account and want to add another listing, please log in.
To create a registered user account you must submit a valid email address. You will use this account to submit and maintain your listings using the MyCity dashboard. We encourage all community groups to register with a dedicated email address, so the account is not tied to a personal account.
During the submission process, you will receive auto-generated emails, coming from noreply@opencities.com. Please check if this address is on your ‘safe sender’ list (your system may delete the emails or send them to junk mail folder).
2. Add listing
Select 'add a directory listing' from the dashboard and complete all required fields.
When creating a listing, please be sure that you have the rights to use and distribute any supplied content and images. Consider copyright or ownership protected materials, which could breach applicable laws (defamation, privacy, trade practices, financial rules and regulations, fair use, trademarks).
3. Submit for approval
When all the listing details are added, select 'submit' at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation email once the listing is approved.
Griffith City Council will review your content before it will be published on our website. It may take up to 5 business days for Council to review and approve Community Directory listing.

- Find the relevant listing, and select the three dots under 'manage'.
