Centacare South West NSW is proudly a social service agency of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Wagga Wagga. Centacare, is a not for profit, non government organisation that has been providing professional services to individuals and families since 1991. Our organisation provides services within three sectors . Family and Relationships: professional counselling, crisis support counselling and interventions, mediation, family group conferencing, community education, parental coaching, case management, care-coordination and community development with the assistance of collaborative community partnerships. Mental Health: Psychological Services with access to Medicare Benefits Scheme rebates, Employee Assistance Program Counselling and organisational support. School Well-being Program: Child /Family Counselling, group work and collaboration for well being within catholic school settings. Psycho-social: NDIS support coordination, Core supports to help empower individuals and families to improve outcomes and functioning. Settlement and Engagement transition program for new migrants and refugees.
