The Community and Family Support (CAFS) program will assist families to raise healthy, thriving children and young people by supporting families with the following:

• Collaborative case management
• Home visiting
• Parenting programs
• Access to quality children’s services
• Referrals to connect parents and families to their community resources and supports
• Support and advocacy
• Parenting education and support

Outcomes

CAFS Murrumbidgee works with families experiencing difficulties that may be impacting on their daily lives and ability to plan for the future. We believe all Australian children should experience a safe, healthy and happy childhood. The CAFS  Program aims to ensure our clients:

• Receive a safe and healthy start to life
• Develop well and are prepared for school
• Meet developmental and educational milestones
• Live in families able to meet their physical, emotional and social needs
• Are safe from harm and injury
• Have access to appropriate services
