At the Ordinary Meeting of 28 Nov 2023, Council resolved to reject all tenders due to submissions being well over the budget allocation for this project. Council also resolved to enter into negotiations with suitable qualified companies. This was conducted as a Formal Quotation process, reference number 9-23/24
