Online Payment System for Rates and Water expanded

In an effort to make life easier for residents and save funds, Council has expanded its email notification system for rates and water services. 
Now, residents have the convenience of accessing and paying their notices online, as well as setting up direct debit payment schedules from either their bank or credit card accounts. This includes options for one-time payments and requests for payment arrangements. These expanded features offer residents greater flexibility in selecting payment dates.
Driving this shift is the rising costs associated with postage and changes in postal delivery schedules.
To encourage residents to consider these digital options, Council is offering a special promotion: If you pay your rates instalment due by May 31, 2024, Flexipay is giving away an iPad this month.
