Calvary Women's Wellness and Recovery Program
Supportive counselling and midwifery support for pregnant women and women with children under 5 years, who are experiencing alcohol and other drug related problems.
The Women's Wellness and Recovery Program is provided by the Calvary Riverina Drug and Alcohol Centre. This program aims to improve the health and wellbeing of women and their children; providing counselling, referral and treatment which may include:
- midwifery support and antenatal assessment
- individual counselling
- access to AOD treatment services eg withdrawal treatment and rehab
- education and positive parenting
- referral to other appropriate services
This is an outpatient based program enabling women to maintain their family, community and social supports. Counselling and treatment is provided by experienced and supportive counsellors, social workers and clinicians including support midwifes. Anyone can refer: self referral,

Preganant women or women with children under 5 years, who are experiencing alcohol and other drug related issues.
