Notice is hereby given under the Roads Act 1993, Section 122 that Construction is currently continuing on Stage 6B of the Griffith Southern Industrial Link (GSIL), funded under the Roads to Recovery and Restart NSW Fixing Country Roads Programs. The realignment of Brown Road and installation of additional turning lanes onto Kidman Way is proposed to be completed by end of March 2021, weather permitting. Normal hours of operation will be 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, however works may occasionally be required on Saturdays and Sundays. For the safety of workers on site, any vehicles going through the closed roads will face prosecution under Section 102 of the Roads Act NSW. Offenders may also be liable for any damage to the road or traffic road facilities.
