1. Road 1 – Keens Crescent:
Elsie Maud Keens was a WW1 war bride in London who met and married Henry Gustavus Belford. She and her husband returned to his home town of Australia in March 1919 and he was granted farming land in Beelbangera. In approximately 1925, they then made their permanent home on a farm now known as 918 Belford Road, which is whom this road name was derived.
Reason for Proposal: Name to be utilised in the new subdivision on Belford Road, Griffith as defined on the map below:
