Dream Director Author Visits Library Does your child have problems sleeping or experience bad dreams?
Author and psychologist Krysten Taprell will help Griffith parents when she launches her book The Dream Director at the Griffith City Library on Saturday 17 April 2021 from 11am - 12pm.
This book gives children the skills to take control of their own dreams and empowers them to change the endings of their dreams.
The book uses humorous examples of dreams and how they can be changed to reduce fear around sleep.
Library Manager Karen Tagliapietra said The Dream Director is aimed at primary aged children however everyone is welcome to attend.
“This book is beautifully illustrated by Krysten and it outlines a simple but effective technique to empower your child to take control of their dreams, stop their nightmares and make their bed a place of comfort rather than fear,” said Ms Tagliapietra.
“If your child is struggling to sleep, I’d encourage you to attend and hear from Krysten as she explains how children can take control of their dreams.”
Books will be available to purchase on the day.
