Talent And Imagination Collide With Flying Fruit Fly Circus Extravaganza

The Flying Fruit Fly Circus are thrilled to perform their latest awe-inspiring extravaganza Tempo at Griffith Regional Theatre on Tuesday 9 April 2024.
Directed by Jake Silvestro with an original score by Ania Reynolds, Tempo features an extraordinary ensemble of young performers aged 12 – 18 years who will flip, juggle, balance and dive their way into audience’s heart.
Shifting between striking aerial acts and highly choreographed acrobatic chaos, Tempo draws heavily on the traditional knockabout humour of the Flying Fruit Fly Circus – a trademark of the company over many years. Suitable for families of all ages, magic, slapstick, juggling, balancing, acrobatics and aerials tumble in, out and around the concert grand piano.
Griffith Regional Theatre Manager, Marg Andreazza, said “The Fruities are always a hit and we’re thrilled to have them back in Griffith. The young artists in this show are so incredibly skilled for their age, it is a real testament to the Flying Fruit Fly Circus, being one of the world’s premier youth performing arts companies.”
Don't miss the Flying Fruit Fly Circus at Griffith Regional Theatre on Tuesday 9 April at 7pm. Patrons are also welcome to stay back for a Q&A session after the performance where young audiences can learn more about the process of making the show, mastering the skills and gain insight into life at the circus school.
