Every Tuesday 10.00am at Griffith Library. No bookings necessary. Free of charge.

Rhyme Time is a fun and interactive program aimed at children 0 – 2 years.


When is Storytime?

Every Friday 10.00am at Griffith Library. No bookings necessary. Free of charge.

Storytime sessions are designed for children aged 3 – 8 years. Let the library staff keep your children entertained with a new selection of stories and craft activities every week.

What time is the library open?

Opening times for Griffith City Library are:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9am to 5.30pm,

Thursday: 9am to 7pm

Saturday: 9am to 4pm

Sunday: Closed


What is Western Riverina libraries?

Western Riverina Libraries (WRL) is a collaboration between six local governments to share resources and technical services to provide a library service which is current, efficient and valued. WRL comprises of five branch libraries and two mobile libraries serving a combined population of 41,603 in an area of 42,895 square kilometres.  Western Riverina Libraries is administered by Griffith City Council. Is there a Justice of the Peace at the library?

A number of library staff are JPs. Please call the library to see when they are available.
