Welcome to The Fitness Club

the fitness club is a non-judgmental space where age, size or clothes don't matter, where you can exercise comfortably to achieve your goals, whatever they are. A space where there is always a staff member to support, guide and motivate you.

Our fully equipped gym has a range of cardio and weights equipment along with free weights to ensure that your fitness needs are met. We offer a free health check and introductory program with every new membership to help you start on the right foot.

Offering both Les Mills and freestyle classes, our group fitness timetable is designed to cater to your fitness level and provides a fitness experience which is energetic, invigorating and fun.

All our classes are provided by fully qualified instructors with the knowledge and experience to accommodate your needs.
