We have a great range of aquatic classes to cater for all individuals from beginners to advanced. All our aqua classes are run by qualified instructors who deliver a fantastic workout to suit your needs.
Our all-purpose water based class. using the gentle resistence and support of the water work at your own level to burn calories, strengthen muslcles and increase joint mobility. Held in the 25m pool to allow you to work that little bit harder if you like (29 degrees).
Fun and gentle exercise class designed for seniors or those returning to exercise held in the warm and supportive water of our program pool (33 degrees)
