tfc is our very own brand of workout, the perfect blend of cardio, strength and core/flexibility. An all-in-one class it's the ultimate workout trifecta!

Spin 'n' Core

Get an impact free blast of cardio on the bike and finish it off with an intense core workout and stretch, all in 45 minutes.


Pretty much the most awesome workout ever. Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realising it!

Gentle Aqua

Fun and gentle exercise class designed for seniors or those returning to excercise but in the warm and supportive water of our program pool (33 degrees). All "Gentle" classes are only $5 per person, all day, every day.

Aqua Aerobics

Our all-purpose water based class. Using the gentle resistance and support of the water, work at your own level to burn calories, strengthen muscles and increase joint mobility. Held in the 25m pool to allow you to work that little bit harder if you like (29 degrees).


High Inensity Interval Training (HIIT), the proven way to burn more calories and build lean muscle in the shortest time. Using the interval formula of high intensity exercise and periods of recovery this is one of the most effective ways to achieve physical conditioning.  


BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. BODYPUMP Works all the major muscle groups of your body, builds lean muscle mass & encourages rapid fat burning.

Les Mills GRIT series

30 minutes of high intensity interval training using a blend of strength, cardio and athletic workouts to get you fitter and stronger super fast!


A Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.


Our own indoor cycling program designed to replicate outdoor riding. A great impact free workout set to motivating music.

Weight 'n' Core

A strength class with a strong Pilates base, focussing on technique and muscular awareness to develop functional body stength and improve posture.

Gentle Exercise

Fun fitness class for seniors and those returning to exercise. Develop heart health, muscular strength and improve flexibility & balance. All "Gentle" classes are only $5 per person, all day, every day.

This class is designed for seniors and those returning to exercise with the aim of improving strength, balance and flexibility. All "Gentle" classes are only $5 per person, all day, every day.

Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and offer options to accommodate everyone. Speak to your instructor when joining a class for the first time so they can ensure you get the most out of your workout. To maximise your enjoyment and avoid disappointment please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before class start time to allow time to set up and meet your instructor.
