Splash Enrolments
Enrolment Options:
Direct Debit – Perpetual Booking
Swim school fees can be directly taken out of an account on a fortnightly basis. Anyone on this option will have their current enrolment day, time and level “roll over” to the next term. Therefore the enrolment will automatically be secured forever until it’s cancelled. To cancel a direct debit enrolment you must fill out a cancellation form which you can download from the link below oe pick one up from reception staff.
Re-enrolments – Term Booking
Re-enrolments are for currently enrolled students wanting to enrol into the next term. The term fee is required to be paid in full at time of enrolment. Week 7 is re-enrolments for a weekday morning class Week 8 is re-enrolments for afternoon and Saturdays classes
New student enrolments – Term or Perpetual Booking
New student enrolments are taken from week 10 (or the last week of the current term) for the next term. This new enrolment has the option of enrolling for the term only or Perpetual (Direct Debit).
New student refers to someone that is not enrolled into the current term.
Second lesson at half price – special offer
If your child is already enrolled into the next term and would like to enrol into a second class you can do so at half price! This enrolment must be done during the school holidays before the next term starts to receive this special offer.
If you would like to enrol your child for the very first time into Splash Swim School you will need to complete an Enrolment Form. These can be simply collected from the front reception, we are able to email or fax these forms if you are unable to stop by or you can download a copy here.
