Is your family harbouring a young Picasso? A Meyne Wyatt or Wendy Sharpe? The Young Archie Competition is open to all artists between the ages of 5 and 18. Each category winner receives $50 from ANZ, an Archibald 21 catalogue and bragging rights!

Young Archie’s judge, Jessica Blomfield Branch Manager from ANZ Griffith, will announce the winners and highly commended at the Young Archie Opening at ArtSpace at Griffith Regional Theatre 4pm Monday 7th June. Winners and finalists will be exhibited at ArtSpace and will be available for public viewing from Monday 7th June to Friday 9th July.

The portrait should be of a person who is special to you - someone who is known to you and plays a significant role in your life.

There are four age categories:
• 5-8 year olds
• 9-12 year olds
• 13-15 year olds
• 16-18 year olds

Entries must be received by 5pm Wednesday 26 May 2021 at Griffith Regional Art Gallery.

The Archibald Prize 2020 is an Art Gallery of New South Wales touring exhibition with presenting partner ANZ.
