The Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase Tour will bring the crème de la crème of the 2018 Festival to Griffith on Thursday 9 August.

Expertly curated and lovingly presented, the Showcase will feature some of the Festival’s hottest acts live on stage for an incredible two hours of hard-hitting laughter.

Griffith Regional Theatre Manager, Raina Savage said,“Anyone who loves a good laugh is guaranteed a great night out with Sydney Comedy Festival Showcase. Boasting a line-up of veteran favourites, international stars, and some of the freshest new talents in the country, there really is something for everyone.”

“This jam-packed night of pure entertainment will leave everyone sore from belly laughs,” said Ms Savage.

The show features an impressive stable of out of control talent led by front man Justin Hamilton – an ebullient and exuberant well-known radio and TV character.

Then there’s Mike Merrill, all the way from the US, he’s charming, insightful, and incredibly funny.

The line-up also includes David Williams – the unpredictable and energetic master of Aussie comedy. Chris Ryan – unapologetic and ruthlessly clever, his take no prisoners approach makes him one of Canberra’s funniest people.

Billy D’Arcy – laid back, likable, and fast making a big name for himself; and

Sam Taunton – one of the most exciting new voices in Australian comedy.

So call your pals and grab your tickets to one of the funniest nights of entertainment you will see all year. Don’t miss out on a huge night of laughs.
