Griffith City Council will continue to improve methods of connecting with the community on Wednesday, 11 December 2019 when the first Council Café is held.

Council Café will be a convenient way to contribute ideas and find out about key projects and services.

As community input is an essential ingredient in successful decision making, a monthly Council Café will be held at the Banna Avenue Kiosk, the first scheduled for Wednesday, 11 December 2019, from 11.30am to 1.30pm.

On the ‘menu’ for December is Community Engagement, with a survey asking residents to tell Council how we can communicate more effectively.

The Griffith Community Engagement Survey is now open and can be found at

Each month a new item will be added to the menu.

Drop in and see staff and Councillors at the Kiosk on Wednesday, 11 December 2019.

This is just one way Council hopes to improve the relationship between Council and the community.

Council welcomes your feedback on its services at any time. Head to our new Have Your Say at Council Café page on our website.

If you have a concern about the way a service is provided, we encourage you to notify Council so the matter can be reviewed. Feedback assists Council to improve the way it operates.

Keep an eye out for upcoming Council Café dates throughout 2020.
