Council is seeking applications from enthusiastic motivated individuals for the following position.
ELECTRICIAL TECHNICIAN (Permanent)
The role of Electrical Technician is to provide electrical and electronic trade support skills in the construction and maintenance of associated process control equipment primarily in the water and sewerage operations within the Council.
Qualifications: The successful applicant will require to hold the following qualifications:
Hold a Certificate III in Electro technology - Electrician and Qualified supervisors Certificate – Electrician
Demonstrated experience with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems) programs
Hold a current Class C diver license
Hold a General Construction Induction Training certificate (GIT or White Card)
Demonstrated Relevant working experience on automated electrical (industrial) equipment

Hours of work: 38 hours per week.
Salary and conditions: Annual salary range $67,437.76 to $74,183.20 (Grade 12). Rostered day off once a fortnight.
