Griffith Community Corrections is a section of the criminal justice system with its core business divided into two areas - advice to the courts and/or releasing authorities and the management of offenders within the community.
Corrective Services delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce the risk of re-offending and enhance public safety.
As an important element of the criminal justice system, Corrective Services manages offenders in custody and in the community. Corrective Services works in partnership with other government and community agencies to ensure that inmates, offenders and their families are supported.
