Hydro Harmony / Water Workout
These classes are a 60 minute water aerobics class for beginners to advanced. You will get a great workout with less stress on the joints, great for fat burning and muscle tone and a lot of fun. You do not need to be a senior to join these fantastic classes, fun fitness for all ages.
(intermediate - advanced) A high energy, shallow water cardiovascular workout, designed to increase the heart rate. Low impact, with minimal choreography.
Our Aquatherapy classes provide a gentle and safe workout for those with a medical or physical condition. These classes are specially designed by our Physiotherapist for your individual needs. Bookings are essential for this class and you will need to bring along a medical referral from your doctor or therapist for the class.
